    I can see a huge difference. Look at your tummy in the middle picture: much smaller. In the middle pic too, look chest looks lifted and your shoulders are shapely and stronger. In the first pic, your tummy is smaller and your arms are too! In the last picture, your legs look much firmer and shapely. Great job!!

    Great job! I've been on the fence about getting this workout but now seeing your results I'm convinced I'd enjoy it.
