Memorial Day Challenge

I am doing some some challenges but need a long term one!

Seeing I am going to be in a wedding on the Satutday of Memorial Day I thought it might be a good long term goal!

I need something to get me really motivated..

So how is this...
We will weigh in starting Friday March 18th and go for 10 weeks.. The Friday of Memorial Day weekend!!
We will weight in on Fridays and whoever loses the most will create the Challenge fo the next week.
The Challenges will so Monday-Sunday giving the winner of the challenge a few days to post it..

So who is up for the Challegene and who is good and keeping/posting spreasheets on here?
Need your starting weight and what your goals are for the 10 weeks!

    Just post your starting weight here on Friday 3/18/11 and tell us a little bit about your goals!! Then post your weight every friday and check back Monday morning for that week's challenge

    That way we can keep everyone accoutable!

    Tonijohnson.3 if you could keep a spreasheet of everyone that would be great!!

    10 week goal for me- down to 150/153. This would be a great way to begin SUMMER!!

    exactly.... Memorial day is normally the kick off to the summer and that dreaded bathing suit season!

    by Memorial day I want to be down at least 2 dress sizes or around 20 lbs!

    My current weight is 236.8
    Current dress size 18

    Goal - 20 lbs or 2 dress sizes. I would love to see a size 14 by Memorial day!

    This is my first challenge. It sounds great! Count me in, I need the extra motivation.

    3/17/2011:
    Start Weight: 194
    Height 5'2"

    Start size pants: 16- xl
    Goal size: 12- med

    Goal : Lose 20 lbs by memorial day

    We can do this! I agree with anniebnannie - "Whether you think you can or can't you are right!" Great Quote and so true.

    So your challenge(s) for the week...

    1. Drink at least 1/2 your weight in ounces of water each day
    2. Stay within your calorie intake!

    Good luck.. whoever post the most weight lose friday will do the next challenge

    oohhhh- I just saw this now- OK!!

    This challenge is in the back of my head in the morning when i'm looking for excuses NOT to get up and workout!! SO THANK YOU for starting this:)
