But should i log that on here.or should i log how long i go for a walk each time.
I walk in the morning for an hour and same in the afternoon.

It would depend on how you have set up your account in regards to activity level.0

I log walking only whenever I'm walking specifically for exericise-- like a purposeful 20-minute walk around the block or something that's outside of my usual daily routine. As far as walking like, down the hallway at work or whatever, I don't track that-- I just wrap it up as part of my daily living, like breathing or sleeping.0

I'm the same as alazurus...when I use my pedometer, I only log when I have specifically set out to walk for excercise....eg Sunday morning I set out to walk for 40 mins, and logged this as excercise on MFP. When I have my pedometer on and am just doing what I normally do in a day, I don't log this as excercise0

I would because I have set my level of activity on here as low, so I add any walking over about 2 kilometers.0
