Im 6ft tall, and my main goal is to tone. My start weight is 190, I want to get to 180 in a month. However, this is proving to be difficult, but I have already lost 3 inches0

I'm 5'6, with a medium frame and large chest no matter how thin/big I get, lol.
I started out here in January at 212, I am now 198. My first goal is 175, and eventually 140-145 range, to be within a healty BMI.

I'm 5'3 at about 115 lbs right now. I started at 120 in the beginning of February. My goal is to be around 107-110, hopefully these last 5 lbs will help with my thighs and butt (pear shaped girl right here!).0

My highest weight (not pregnant) was 159 and I'm 5'4
I started MFP at 145 2 days later I was 147

Goal weight 125ish-not so set on the number but I want to look toned and healthy and prefer to get rid of the excess fluff on my thighs and the jiggle on my arms! I am small to med. frame but way over endowed in the breast dept. If that would go away I'd be thrilled!0 -

I'm 5'11. My starting weight was 223. My current weight is 194.6. My goal weight is around 165 (depending on how I feel, I may end up a little more or a little less... I haven't been in that range for quite some time, so I don't know exactly where I want to be!).
I'm 5'10" plus and my starting weight in September was 230+ (can't remember exact number and don't want to). My current is 206, how did you loose that much between December and now? I'm kind of sad that my weight loss hasn't been as quick. I keep my calories between 1200 and 1500 and I don't eat calories earned most of the time. I work out 3-4 times a week and do 30 mins of cardio each day and the other part is strengthening. My goal is a minimum of 180, but I'd really like to be less than 170. I have a larger frame so I don't know if that's possible.0 -

Hi all.
I'm 5'0". I currently weigh 134. My lowest weight was 119. My goal is 115. My goal was 105, but after hitting 119 last summer I realized 105 might be impossible for me. At least, it was too big of a goal to try to accomplish all at once. If/when I get to 115, I may attempt 105.0 -

I'm a very small 5'5.5 (that half is important!) people have always wondered how one person can be smaller at the same height as another then you meet me and I have to convince people I'm actually that tall -.- seriously.
My weight at the moment is 143 lb and my goal for the moment is 130 lb.
i'm playing it by pound cause if I loose too much weight my face looks ill so hopefully i'll be able to loose it via exercise in the right places this time.0
