Hey guys! Question...if I have 1100 calories remaining, and I eat 600 calories worth of cookies, am I still able to lose weight as long as I don't eat more than 1100 calories? I just want to make sure that I can still lose wieght even if I'm not always eating as healthy as I should be.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Probably, but you'll feel like crap...no energy...then you might crash and burn!0

It isn't all about the calories. This website is wonderful; it allows you to monitor your calories, fat, sugar, sodium, etc. Even if you're under your calories, you can still go over on other things. Keeping track of all these things will decide your actual weighloss. Your chances of losing weight will be much greater if you try to eat healthier in general, rather than only counting calories. Hope that helps!0

Eat em! You'll be fine, just don't make it a habit
