Ok I had a veggie bowl which is about the size of a quart with 1/3 of light italian dressing mixed in with. the veggie bowl consists of sauteed green and red peppers, red onion, mushrooms, green beans, broccoli & yellow squash steamed over brown rice.
I had 2 servings sized of 1/3 so I think that equals 2/3 total. Let me know if I am wrong.
Can someone please let me know a very close estimate on what calories i ate from the info I gave you. I appreciate it a lot.
Thank you all

You do need to do some math, and log one item at a time to figure out the calories. Like I ate a big salad today. When I was preparing last night, I record everything item I put in there with how much weight/portion is it. Then add them all up, along with your salad dressing (measured by tbsp).
So my salad end up like this in my diary:
Raw - Butter Lettuce, Green, 2.19 Oz. (1.5 Cups) 7 1 1 0 4 0
Marie's - Raspberry Vinaigrette, 2 Tbsp 50 0 7 3 100 0
Tomato - Raw, Red, 0.69 medium (150g) 18 1 4 0 5 0
Grapes - Raw, 129 g 86 1 22 0 3 0
Spinach - Raw, 27.5 g 6 1 1 0 22 0
Cucumber - Peeled, raw, 64 g 8 0 1 00 -
Just enter the quantities of everything you ate under Food - Recipes - New Recipe. Put it in that it has 3 servings, then when you add it into your food diary, put down that you had two servings0

The veggies themselves are probably very little - maybe 100 cals in total. What you should count is the dressing, any oil they were sauteed in, and the rice.0

Log each item seperately in your journal... keep in mind that rice is about 200 calories for a cup... Most likely youhad at least a cup of rice... all the other veggies I would say go for 1/4-1/2 a cup...0

The veggies will be no more than 60 cals from what you've said. Now with the brown rice: 100g of brown rice (cooked) is 111 cals so you need to estimate whether you had more or less than 100g (about 6 table spoons).
Hope that points you in the right direction0 -
Use the recipe counter, no math required you just have to know how much of what went into the recipe and how many servings you got from it.
Great for my pretzels, I know they are 200 calories a piece when I make a dozen.
My goulash i know a 200gram serving is 300 calories, it does the work for you and you don't have a 20 item ingredient list in your food diary0 -
I do not know what 2/3 of 100 grams is. I do not know how to do this..0

divide 100 by 3 = 33.33333 grams
2 of that is 66.6 grams
let the recipe counter do it! if you put in what you had and tell it that it makes 3 servings then tell it you had 2 it does the 2/3 thing for you, its a built in feature.0 -
ccheck out my diary please/ let me know if i need to make changes0
