Has anyone tried phentermine and did it work well for you?

Back in my early 20's when I didn't know any better. Yes it worked because I was starving myself and not eating anything.

As soon as I stopped taking them I gained every bit back PLUS some.

Please Google the side effects of it...it is not pretty!! I was truly out of my mind during that time. Probably because I was starving my body and brain of food.

I do NOT recommend it at all. I am very scared of the possible long term effects those pills had on my body. I can only hope that doing it the right way can reverse some of that damage.

I tried it and it made my heart beat super fast, gave me high blood pressure and insomnia. No, it didn't work for me.

I tried it and I lost CRAZY weight...I'm talking 60 pounds in two months. But I wasn't eating at ALL and my metabolism was destroyed. Doctors will only prescribe it short-term and so when I stopped taking it I gained all the weight back plus some, even though I continued eating small amounts of healthy foods. I'd stay away!

Heh... Yeah. Amphetamine-related controlled substances aren't the best way to go about losing weight. It would have to be prescribed, and even then, the propensity for abuse is high. I speak from personal experience. I wouldn't recommend it if you're able to lose weight the naturally healthy way of diet and exercise.
