Yay me! NSV

well I have been feeling a bit down lately as the scales haven't moved for months. getting a bit disheartened, then my sister said ' check your measurements!' so I did and tehehe I have lost an inch and a half off my waist! :-D ... I know that's just a tiny victory, but it means a dress I bought for a night out will now fit!!!! So chuffed just wanted to share it. I would probably lose a lot more if I didn't eat so much cheese and other really naughty stuff, but I'm doing 30 day shred and staying under my goals diet wise, so must be doing something right !
