    I am a bit lost, do you mean OTC stuff to help you focus, not stress or lose weight? Or am I totally on the wrong track?

    well I find when I am struggling to focus one of the following things helps:

    getting out into the open air - a good hard walk up a hill

    meditation (although I find if you are not able to focus the stress of not being able to do that makes it harder and more frustrating)

    an uncluttered environment/room - if the space around me is clear, then my brain can focus (don't underestimate the power of this)

    a good nights sleep.

    failing that, herbal remedies that we have in the UK can tone things down such as 'Quiet Life' tablets (motherwort, hops, valerian etc.) or Kalms tablets. You don't want anything 'synthetic'. Try Bach's Flower remedies - rescue remedy.

    hope that helps. Also, look at the stresses you have and downsize. If you need to take time out to take care of yourself and that means saying no to people, well, so be it. Far better to regroup (I do this regularly) and keep yourself feeling healthy than letting yourself get stressed and lowering your immune system.

    i dont know what otc means. but i am was thinking start taking stackers or something to help get me focus? i am on xanxa and that doe snothing to help my issue with adhd. and obviously a perk of any medicine or drink that can help me focus and lose weight or not make me hungry is a plus

    OTC = Over the Counter

    Personally I am not a fan of medications at all. I have a hard time focusing for any long periods of time so i break my tasks up into smaller periods taking lots of breaks. I find focusing for shorter time spans much easier and a project will get completed much faster than if I tried to just do it from start to finish in one shot.
