I was looking at my diary and it seems like I am over my sugar and sodium intake. I dont go over my calories or carbs. I dont think I am eating that bad. Please check out my diary and let me know what I could change.

Thanks.

I'm no expert--if I was, I'd be thin and eat the perfect diet all the time. My suggestion would be fewer processed foods. More natural, fresh food.

not sure about the sodium but it looks like the bar your having for breakie has a lot of sugar in it, I have oats or weet bix and sweeten it with stavia a narural sweetener with a tiny bit of milk and some frozen berries it's very yummy and fills you up for a long time, I wouldn't worry about the sugar in fruit too much. good luck:smile:

Keep in mind that fruits/veggies have natural sugar, it's the processed sugar you want to look out for - at least that's what i try to "reign in". It is definitely a challenge. I pay attention to my sodium levels as well and mostly I have issues with popcorn, fast food or other processed items. I would say go through your diary and look @ the days you went really over and what you did/where you ate and compare the days you were really low on sodium. That's what i try to do, but not always an easy task for sure! :)

Thanks. I do notice that my zone bar has alot of sugar...but it has the highest protein I have seen in protein bars. It also has alot of nutrients and vitamins. I guess I will have to switch it up. Thanks for the idea.
