Friend of mine posted something similar, was a good idea.

Anyone doing this DVD? I am on week 4 of 6 and seemingly doing well. I think. There are certain things that I can't do, like real good pushups but I'd say I am doing 95% of the entire workout.

Anyone else doing this DVD/workout? Feel free to add me for tips/tricks...etc

Kind of scared of weeks 5/6. I see those weights and having done 45 minutes ahead of that? Yowza.

I have been doing it! I am in my second week. I try to do it 3x a week and I am still doing the first segment. Pushups and plank are my weakness too! The first week I did it the easy way. This week I am trying to do it the harder way as much as I can, with breaks when I need it. I plan to master this segment before moving on. Hopefully I will only need another week! No advice other than keep at it and don't assume you can't do the hard parts. Give them a try. Good luck!

I have 3 Jillian Michaels DVDs, including her yoga, and the Biggest Loser Last Chance Workout DVD. They're all great! I actually like mixing them up, so I don't get bored.

I have to say, the yoga is my least favorite only because it's not really yoga. I've gone to a professional yoga studio the past few months and even the power yoga (where you're burning tons of calories) tends to flow more. Jillian's yoga is pushing aerobics on yoga, which was never the intention. That's just me though.

I LOVE 30 Day Shred and Last Chance workout. My pushups were pathetic when I started, but now I can do 20 full ones in a row! it doesn't take that long to improve!

I can do like um, one full pushup then I am ready to die lol. But in all seriousness I couldn't do a single one before, so anything is better than nothing.

I also own the 30 day shred and plan on starting it once I complete this.

For the record, I am doing this DVD 4-5 times/week
