What does your food diary look like? What are your MFP Goal settings?

Hello.... Open your profile so we can see what your daily activity is to assist you..
  • Need more information before I can really give an advice. Not that I am an expert, but maybe I could help. Make your diary public if you want input about that. How long have you been on here? Are you excercising? Drinking enough water?

Also look at the other threads about this topic and read the MUST READ ones in the main page. Good luck

I started my diet a week ago, but only joined today. I exercise everyday (walking or treadmill), I eat my biggest meal for lunch instead of dinner so I'm active enough to burn off some of the calories I ate, and I don't eat anything after 8;00 p.m. If I do, it's usually an apple or a cup of tea.

You may either be allowing yourself too many calories or not enough. An extreme either way can hinder weight loss.
  • Well a week may not be long enough to notice a difference. Keep at it and see if it works after another week or so. Make sure that you are eating enough calories and eating back some of your excercise cals. You can friend me if you want extra support.
