Hi, I need a lot of support!

My little brother is trying to remember hid training from personal training school and I am a willing test subject. The only problem is the only friends i have is my mother, and she doesn't support that much. Any friends to remind me to get up off my butt and get working would be appreciated. I want to lose a whole person, but in short term just 30-40-50 by June 5th....

    You can do it! You just have to believe in yourself. I know for me it is hard to wake up and work out. Just remember your goal. I put pictures of thin people on my wall as motivation. Good luck!

    She went to the gym alot and watched what she ate. Ate alot of veggies and blue crabs!
