Hi, 2 weeks in and going well

Thought I'd join the chat. Hi!

Started 2 weeks ago. Decided that the ring of fat had to go. Have so far done reasonably well. Doing more gym time but the thing that is helping most is using this site's daily calorie diary to control the eating. Working for me.

But what I have noticed is that my waist near the hips is certainly getting smaller but my stomach above it appears to be the same....and that's what I want to get rid of! Any suggestions?

  • First of all great job on the loss to date!

    Now from what I understand we cant pick and choose where we are losing weight, body does its own thing, so keep going with the healthy weight loss and before you know it the fat from the gut will start to shift.

    I have also read that once the fat starts to move from the belly area you will see the fruits of all your hard work, muscles are under there waiting to pop out, so keep at it !

    again great job, you should be very proud that you have started so well!

    Wow 10 lbs in 2 weeks! Great job! I think belly is one of the last places fat will go from but keep doing what you' re doing!
