I don't know if I'm ready for this, but I know I have to do it. I hope if I just start keeping track of what I'm doing the accountability will help me to start slow and make better choices. There's no doubt it's the right thing to do - but I'm going to need help. So if anyone wants to be friends, here I am. I promise I'll support you as much as I can too. I'm not sure how I got here, but I have to get back!!

    Not so new, but haven't been taking advantage of. No excuse, I even have the mobile app. But today is always a new day. I have a doctors appt May 3 and want him to be in shock. After 2 babies in 3 years, it's time to take my body back!!! We can do this!:bigsmile:
