the other day I had two fruit chobani's and I was over my sugar for the day. So is that kind of sugar ( fruit) ok to over do it?

I think that's fine, but if you're really worried about monitoring sugar, if it's for a health reason, you might want to ask your Dr. or a nutritionist.
I personally don't even track sugar because I have no medical reason to. Same for sodium, which I know can cause water retention, but not actual weight gain. It doesn't mean I go crazy eating as much salt & sugar as I want, but watching my calories almost inherently reduces the amt. of sugar I consume compared to how I used to eat before.0 -
The fruit sugars are good sugars. You have to watch out for the "bad ones" here is a site that helps break it down.
