Hi all,

I'm new here, clearly, and hoping that joining the site will help me stick with a fitness and diet plan this time around. I always start off so "well" but then drop off after a couple of weeks!

Hoping that being a part of a larger community will help motivate me and keep me on track.

    I am new as well and so far I love it! Everything I eat is already in the site so no putting any information in and most of the exercie I do is in here as well. I am loving it!
