Yahoo! I lost 2 pounds I have been working my *kitten* of as far as exercise goes but food wise I need to make better choices to shred this weight! Ugh! Good job everyone!!!! Lets keep it up :drinker:0

I know I have screwed up and lucky I didn't gain it all back but still.. I'm so sick of it.
I was sick last week so I didn't work out AT ALL! But got back up this morning and did it and ate really good today. I am taking it one hour at a time rather than 1 day at a time.0 -

I put on 5 lbs., so currently am at 157 (think most of it was H2O.
I'm reasonably sure I can lose 7 lbs in the next 15 days.0 -

First Week - March 8th - 176.8
Second Week - March 15 - 174.6
Third Week - March 22 - 175.6
Fourth Week - March 28 - 171.2
Total so far - minus 8
Due to the weight gain last week I probably won't make it out of the 170's but I'm close -- :blushing:0 -
Only 3 days to go.. what are you doing so you get close or make your goal?
Personally I am continuing on with week 2 of my JM Ripped in 30, may I be alive for April I peeked and it may kill me!!
I have .5 of a pound to make the challenge, so I know I can do it! Good Luck everyone!!0 -
Alright, only a couple more days left in March. I am NOT going to make it to 10 lbs lost, but I am pretty happy with my progress!

WOW! I haven't checked in in forever. I hope that everyone is doing well. It is nice to see progress. I am pretty sure I won't make the 10 pound lose in March, but I am going to push it hard this last week and see what I can do.
