Any left over calories...I'll take em!

So I ate a cup of Chinese lo mein noodles. Now I have 2 calories left for my evening snack.:sick:

Any 2 calorie suggestions? Or...can I borrow some of yours??:cry:


All kidding aside, it was so not worth it. My lips felt greasy, mouth is tingling from the sodium. The noodles were soggy. So, I am glad I had them cuz just with my Mickey D's incident, I will never crave them again!! :sick:

    I'm actually -7 tonight....which NEVER happens! LOL!
    I usually have 500 or more left at night! :tongue:

    I needed to fix some calories so I ran, I love being able to do a quick fix for calories! Or jump rope...Or run in place, or jumping jacks...Or kicks from left to right...

    What a GREAT idea!!! I would've never thought of it. I'm not saying I'd go walking for an extra hour just to eat a Big Mac or anything, but I could totally see an extra 15 minute workout for a little snack when I'm truly hungry. Thanks for the idea!
