Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred...NEED HELP!!!

I just started doing JM workout dvd and I was wondering what you would categorize it under for the workout. :indifferent: Is it aerobics general, aerobics high impact or circut training general? I don't know what to put it as. Thanks for helping. :smile:

    Hi, i enter it as 27 min. of circuit training, general. Hope this helps. :)

    I do 22 mins General Circuit with 4 mins mild streching.
