I really want to lose 31ish pound by summer. I need so good at home work out to help lose my belly. If you have any please share them with me.

    Zumba did wonders for my belly. It works a lot of your core muscles. and it's way fun! I play mine on the wii.
  • Boxing is really fun and great for your stomach and so is hula hooping!!

    Strengthening your core is great and neccessary but if you aren't doing enough cardio and eating correctly you will never be able to see those muscles!! Cardio and diet are directly related to losing belly fat, especially in women!! :)

    I'm a mommy of 3 and I flattened my belly using Power 90 + AB Ripper and 30DS daily and I eat right (all the time)

    You can definitely do it, my youngest just turned 10 months old and my belly is officially amazing!
  • Stomach exercises will help you but you need to combine cardio and strength training to your overall workouts. Make sure that you cut back on all the processed and sugary foods.
