I have a friend who sales advocare. I looked online and it looks like it would help but I was wondering if anyone has tried it and their thoughts? I was looking at doing the 24 day challenge but don't know if it's worth the money? and what about what you do after the 24 days is over? Please any input is greatly appreciated!

Someone hooked my Mom into a program and she has seen no benefit. Personally, I think its a scam.
  • was it this program or a different one? You kind of confused me when you said "a". I wish more people would reply I really want to know!

Hey! Honestly I love all of the products that I have tried from AdvoCare so far. I became an distributor for the discount (20% off). It's definitely not a scam, but it isn't miracle pills either. It supplements that can give you more energy for workouts and help recover from work outs. There is a couple different programs (24-day challenge and lean in 13). Those are just easy ways to combine some of the most used products to see a beneficial outcome. Your friend who sells the products should be able to suggest a few options for after the challenge that will help in your health and wellness journey. My favorites are the Spark, catalyst and rehydrate.

    Hope this helps!
