30day shred, what cardio setting do you use to log calories?

Just wanted to know what the majority users of 30 day shred use to log the calories burned. Aerobics?low impact?high impact? or something else. They have Tae Bo in the database but not 30-day-shred yet lol

    I log it under Aerobics High Impact. I wish they would add it to the database for all of us to use! :grumble:

    I'm always wondering what to log it as too! :smile:

    I found logging it under "calisthenics vigorous" was more accurate

    Right now I log under circuit training but I just got a heart rate monitor/calorimeter so I'll create an exercise and log the calories from the device - I've heard of wide variations in MFP calorie estimations from various folks around here..

    Circuit Training, General!!!! I was told by another MFP that she did research and it seems to match multiple HRMs. So thats what I do!
