I've had a hard boiled egg (including the yolk) with my oatmeal for the past two days... and it's def helped me stay full. Is this a habit that would be ok to keep up?

They say 2 eggs a day is fine. I find that eggs definitely help keep me on track with my diet, also. :)

They are very good for you despite whats been said about the cholestral in them. I have one sometime at lunch on a slice of homemade wholemeal bread. Its great for breakfast as well as it fills you up.

Eggs are good for you, even with the cholesterol. Unless you have a specific health reason that you should be watching your cholesterol you will be just fine. :)

I usually eat two hard boiled eggs or scramble up a couple for breakfast. I stay full until lunch even though I work out on the way to work. I'm not eggsaggerating

I've had pickled hardboiled eggs the last 2 days. Pretty good if you like sour.

I have a hard boiled egg and a 5.5 oz can of low sodium V-8 juice as a mid-morning snack each day. It fills the gap between my 5:00am breakfast and 11:30 lunch.

I also use egg substitute for omlets and cooking, which helps balance out any negative effects of too many yolks.

Egga are great for you, but they say not to go over 2 per day. So, if you stay at one per day that's awesome food for you.

My usual breakfast is oatmeal and hard boiled eggs. Sometimes I eat the yolk, sometimes not. Lots of different things you can do to the oatmeal to keep the variety up. If you like it, keep it up.

Great article.. I just got done reading "Real Food" by Nina Planck and she says most studies find for the same thing this article does..
