If you're like me, you're always looking for new music to add to you ipod for you exercise. Whether it's walking, running or at the gym, it's always great to have some really upbeat music to sweat away too.

I've recently added a few new songs to my droid, but looking for more.

So, what's the new song that really helps you get your sweat on?

My newest faves are (just a few of the MANY I've added and in no particular order):

In Da Club- 50Cent
Another One Bites The Dust-Queen
Move This (Shake That Body)-Technotronic
Play That Funky Music-Wild Cherry
and just about anything BEP's

Can't wait to see all the diiferent songs!

I love running to edgy stuff. It makes me run faster, lol. Currently I'm obsessed with my Breaking Benjamin station on Pandora.

I mostly listen to books. Audible.com keeps me supplied and I pay more attention to the books than I do music, which means I pay less attention to the misery of whatever torture that i am putting my body through at that time.

It really depends on my mood and the work out i'm doing. For running and weight lifting, I like heavier stuff, like five finger death punch, alter bridge, archenemy, so on and so forth. When i'm practicing kung fu or tai chi, i prefer more mellow music, like gorillaz :D

A few songs in particular if you want some heavy stuff/rock for your mix

Hate Me - Five Finger Death Punch
    Let's Start a Riot - 3 days grace
    I Disappear - Metallica
    Careful - Paramore
    Ravenous - Archenemy
Way of the Fist- Five Finger Death Punch
    Feuer Frei - Rammstein

    Good angry music :D

    I also highly recommend:

    Stylo- Gorillaz
    Rhinestone Eyes - Gorillaz
    Heavyweight - Infected Mushroom
Ties that Bind - Alter Bridge
