Hi,
My trainer at Golds Gym said that yes, you are entitled to eat those calories back. I find that I feel full if I eat all of them back, so I usually eat 1/2 of them back0 -

I can always eat them back but I feel so guilty and full at the end of the day, I feel that it boosts up my morning the next day when I don't eat them all back. Our bodies are all different though, do what works for you, just don't go over them (duh you know that!)0

I always look at them as having extra calories to do as I wish with. Sometimes I eat some of them back, sometimes I'll use them as an excuse to treat myself something more sinful Regardless, I always feel good if I don't eat them all back because mentally I feel like I've done really well and proud of myself.0

I always eat them, if I didn't I'd be eating the equivalent to 600 or 650 calories for the day. I eat them back and then my net is back at the goal of 1250.0

LMAO. I think of my life as one sometimes. Then I "Destruction Field" my way to greatness and attempt to be a completionist doing all of the sidequests, then post my results on GameFAQs... oh, wait.0 -
I think the exercise calculators aren't as accurate as we'd like (maybe you use a heart rate monitor to calculate yours though), so yeah, I do eat them back but not all of them and especially if I'm full by the time I log all of it.
Maybe, if there area alot to eat back at the end of the day, it means you should eat more in the course of the day
That said, I think you gotta play with it a little and see what gives you results.
All the article/links about are informative and fascinating BUT, you gotta see what works for you!
