Hello! Need to lose weight after having a baby.

Hello! I'm 32. My baby's not long had her 1st birthday so it's time to shift those extra pounds. I'm still breastfeeding so I'm going to struggle with my sweet tooth!! Any one in similar circumstances want to be my friend?

Hey! My son is 14 months old and I've decided that enough is enough. I can't just keep crossing my fingers, hoping that the extra weight will go away, I have to do something about it!

M y baby will be 3 months old and I just got back on here. I'm breastfeeding, too and DEFINITELY struggling with the sweet tooth. Way more belly fat to lose this time, so I'm determined to get to my goal-not just for the scale.0

I started when my daughter was 1 1/2 yrs old. Someone told me that after 2 years, it becomes a lot harder to get rid of. First, at 1..when it's warm, throw the baby in the stroller (well, don't really throw her...lol) and walk walk walk during nap time. I would walk 5 miles all while my daughter was happily sleeping in her stroller. After about a month, when I felt more in shape, I started doing Jillian Michael's workouts and counting calories...I lost 25lbs that way. You can do it......I think it's easier for us, because our bodies want to get back to normal...we just have to help them! So start now before your body gets too comfy where it's at!!0

Hi there!
I'm in pretty much the same situation as you, my son is now 15 months and still breastfeeding. Its been so hard for me to find the right balance of calories to eat each day and keep up with his demands and my own to lose some weight but in the last two weeks its started to melt off!
Not that its been very easy of course I have been punishing myself with Jillian Michaels 30 day shred dvd and I also do some walking everyday (not for that long or that far but when you have a massively heavy double pram to push you soon get tired lol)
If you want to request me as a friend we can share our experiences and support each other?!?
