Somebody tell me if this makes sense

I am thinking... I may be a victim of being in shape... I think my body is engulfing my workouts after all the work that has been put in... (Been on MFP for about 390 straight days) I feel stronger, heavier but stronger... Almost convinced to embrace this and stop worrying about the scale... The work has been done... I need some input here... My goal may be more not to gain... more so than to lose...

Tell me if I am delusional or is this making sense... I feel great, just not losing any weight... Working just as hard as before...
Maybe... I just embrace my new body and run with it... using the scale to keep me from gaining too much!

You could be in a good place - you have lost a lot of weight! :) Your body could also be used to what it's been doing, so you need to surprise it so it has to work more than it does when you do something you have done over and over. Good luck! :)

I think just keep doing what you have been doing! Obviously you are feeling great, and that is really awesome to read! The best advice would be to see your doctor or nutritionalist, and see if they have any advice on which road you should take. Until then, keep up the good work!!!

Thanks for comments... I am so much better today... Got some great advice, to sum up what I have learned... It's better to struggle and keep going than to struggle and stop!
Proper food intake & Fitness will be my first goal, weight control second and weight loss when my body allows it...
THANKS, nice to have people to help u get thru tough days...
