I just started today. Funny... I wasn't really thinking about it when I got up. But then after breakfast, and lunch I decided to do a little investigating to see what calories I had taken in.... HOLY MOLY!!! As the metabolism slows, the harder it gets to burn calories.
I gotta say though it motivated me to go to the gym after work and have a salad for dinner
