Im starting "ripped in 30" tonight...

So i was gonna start in april but I cant wait any longer I want a routine, so Im starting Jillian Michaels latest masterpiece
Ripped In 30...Im gonna do it 5x a week...I rest Mondays and fridays.....

I know some people have started it already and like it, so I am sure to Love it!!

SW: 119.2
Arms: 10in
Waist: 24.5in
Hips: 34.5in
Thighs: 20in

I have a goal of 115 and any inches off is awesome!!
Im looking to really tone up at this point so weight is not #1 priority, just vanity.:wink:

time to fight for it....:laugh:

    Yes, I just recently got the dvd, and it is awesome! Not sure about 'duck walk' -(level3) hard on the knees(maybe I am doing it wrong)
    I still do a variety of her dvds and she still kicks my a** but keep coming back for selfpunishment and loving it.

  • I'm on day 2 of week 1. It's a lot tougher than the 30 day shred, I was dripping sweat which I didn't do at all on the shred. I hurt all over, and was shaking after I did it. I'm not THAT out of shape either. It's a great work out for how short it is. Good luck!

    I also had to do this one :) I did level 4 of it tonight- Geez!! It was such a good workout. I love ripped in thirty!!!

    The best part of this dvd is the song at the beggining!! was burning major calories just dancing to it!! :laugh:
