    Bolthouse! Somebody here suggested them, and I found them at Publix in the produce section. Only 50 calories per 2 tbsp for an incredibly rich blue cheese, and 70 cal/2 tbsp for a terrific ranch!

    Galeo's miso dressing - they taste very rich but are only 14 calories per tbsp. I get them at whole foods but they are also at regular grocery stores and online. Yum!

    Try out Walden Farms. Everything they have is 0 calorie! They have 20 different kinds. My favorite is the Raspberry Vinaigrette. Here's their website: http://www.waldenfarms.com/

    I make my own: A bit of olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper. So easy.
    Also, if I add sliced strawberries & avocado, and sometimes cilantro, I really don't need any. It's so flavorful & a creamy/juicy texture.

    Yep I like to dress my salads with vinegar alone. Lately I've been opting for apple cider vinegar, but balsamic is good too!

    I have found and really like Maple Grove Farms of Vermont Fat Free Balsamic Vinaigrette which only has 5 calories, 160mg sodium, 1 g carbs, for 2 tablespoons.

    I make Good Seasons Garlic & Herb with apple cider vinegar (and the low fat variation, replacing 1/4 C oil with 1/4 c water).

    I also love Newman's light balsamic.

    And, mixing 2 T balsamic vinegar, 1 T honey and 1 T olive oil.... (for a fruit and bitter greens salad)

    Also, I eat a lot of naked salads, or salads topped with crumbled blue cheese instead of dressing.

    I'm partial to Ken's Steakhouse Lite Raspberry Walnut Vinaigrette. It has about 40 calories per tablespoon. It is by no means super healthy for you, but the calorie count is pretty low and I use only one tablespoon at time, so what the hey. It's a nice variation from plain oil and vinegar every once in a while.

    Kraft Italian light is only 5 calories per serving. I like lots of dressing so using this I can COVER my salad for about 20 calories!
    1tbsp = 5 calories.

    I squeeze a lemon over my salads. It tastes fresh without having to add any fat or artificial ingredients!

    Ok, never FREAKING mind. I went to whole foods today and found out Galeo's was pulled from the shelves and are being hit with a class action lawsuit for LYING about the nutritional facts! It's actually 120 calories per serving, NOT 14 :noway: !!! I am SOOOOO pissed! :mad: :angry: :explode: I think I'll stick with vinegar and homemade for a while since who knows if anyone else is making false labels. Buyer beware!
