I'm 20 years old, 5'2" and weighed 148 lbs when I started MFP.
In November I decided I was going to start changing the way I was eating and start exercising regularly. I was looking at summer pictures and I just looked like a slob next to my best friend. And my boyfriend is very active and takes very good care of his body. I didn't want him to be embarrassed (and i didn't want to be embarrassed either!) to walk around in a swimming suit in feeling fat and gross!
In November of 2010:
So I started off with 30.4% body fat.
My BMI was 26 (in the overweight category)
Waist measurement in inches: 31 1/2"
Now in March of 2011
I have a body fat percentage of 23.7
and my BMI is 25, just slightly above the normal range
Waist measurement in inches: 28"
I weigh 136.4 now, so only a 10 lb difference but I feel much better and more toned because of P90X. (and my waist is more defined!) I want to do another round but have to finish this one strong first! Thanks for reading :]
here is a link because for some reason the image is too large and you can't see the whole collage.
