    Hi there,
    I am new here and just wondering if this has worked for any one. I gained 100 lbs in 9 months and have never been heavy now it has been a three year struggle to lose this and having a very hard time. I have tried everything and I am very active so if anyone has any insite or helpful advice please let me know. Thanks and God bless you all.
