I have some questions to ask.
I have reached a plateau where I work out, but now am slowing gaining.
Any suggestions on how to "up" my working out.
I work 5-6 x a week.
I work out to Zumba, but recently started using the toning sticks.
How do I get out of this "plateau" I am in.

I keep track of my measurements too. You may be gaining weight but you might be losing inches. After doing the same workout for a long time your body gets used to it and it is no longer challenging. You might try mixing it up. I don't know if you have access to any other classes but Step and Cycling are great workouts too. Maybe even mix in a Jillian workout video.0

Every 3 months I switch up my routine. I get workouts from my Beachbody collection, Mens Health, Primal Blueprint etc, I then write them out in advance so I know what my 3 months looks like. Usually Month 1 and 2 are completly different and month 3 is a combination of 1 and 2. Writing it out ahead of time keeps ownership for me.
Is something is starting to get routine add something to it. I was doing Kempo and it was feeling easier so I added dumbells to the punching exercises.0 -
