Dinner is close traditional Irish. We will have colcannon and Irish stew, but with turkey smoked sausage and not corned beef.

oh and I have a salad for a snack later on. :)

WHy can't you have corned beef and Cabbage? I'm thinking about cooking that for dinner, and I am far from my goal weight.

Well to update my green I am having spinach in my smoothie and spinach on my plate for lunch. I guess it is a spinach day for me. Love it though so I'm not complaining.
  • i know that most people are not a fan but i like it and am having split pea soup later.

OMG I LOVE SPLIT PEA SOUP!!!!!!!!!!!! But unless you make it yourself it is really really high in sodium. One of my all time favorites!!!

Too late to do most of the day, but dinner's green and traditional.

Baked cod with a creamy seaweed & dill sauce and colcannon.

I made some semi-healthy green chocolate chip peanut butter cookies (for the kids...right....!) And we are having coleslaw with dinner. Oh, and I had a pear for lunch!
