I'm new :)

I want to reach an ultimate goal weight of 125 and I need your support. I love to run outside but i'm trying to get used to the treadmill for a faster more intensified run. I'm consuming about 1200 calories and burning off as much as i can. I have been lurking around and I see that the key is to cut sugar to 35 grams so I will start that today.     Welcome and good luck!! I have been trying to focus on cutting back on my sugar also. It's a lot harder than it seems to keep it under 35 mg a day. I've added you as a friend, if you'd like to accept! :happy:

    good luck, i myself am new on mfp this week, everyone has given me so much encouragent which helps, and the food log etc really helps, i sent a frined request also xx
