Ok, in an attempt to basically make up for frequent poor wording choices on my diet and exercise program, my husband went and bought me a Slendertone Belt. While I was initially insulted, perhaps this is a helpful gesture. I asked him to return it but then he got insulted. So I will keep it and use it. I am NOT using it to replace real exercise I want to wear it while I exercise. Has anyone had any success with this thing? It feels kinda funky, your muscles just jump all over the place!

I never used it but I do wonder how it works and feels. Guess you'll have to try it and tell us!!

Yeah I've always wondered about them too. I'm sure they must work to some degree as long as you can get used to the weird feeling and are not expecting them to miraculously work without healthy eating and exercise, which you are not. I know my friend's husband regularly uses one and he's very healthy and already in very good shape.

Now is your chance to use it and tell everyone what you think.

It seems good enough if you're doing it along with a healthy diet and exercise,I remember watching the advert and not being that impressed when it said it was like doing 120 crunches if you wore it for 20 minutes.

I personally would rather do 120 crunches than spend money but I'm just a cheapskate :D

I tried one on once... It was rather odd!
I would never replace exercise with one but if I can afford it, when I get smaller I'll certainly try one, or borrow my mums. (Wouldn't be any use now because of the layer of fat covering my stomach!)
