Lost 44 pounds, over half-way there (pics included)

I started trying to lose weight prior to getting on MFP, when I was 227 pounds. I joined MFP at 216 in late November of last year and I am now down to 183. My goal weight is 150.

I have lost 2 inches off my neck, 4 inches off my waist, and 5 1/2 inches off my hips. I have gone from a size 20 to a 12. I just wanted to celebrate how far I have come.

(It is difficult to find a lot of photos of me at my highest weight since I would shy away from the camera or photoshop the photos to make myself look thinner)

    You look great! The one with your wedding dress is the one I'm looking forward to taking of myself. Then i think I'm going to buy a sexy wedding dress and make my husband marry me again!!!

    I'm proud of you. You have been one of the few people I know who stick with it day by day Most people don't understand that it is a life style change. As a world we have somehow lost meaning of the word diet, and have twisted it into something we do temporarily to try and fix it all, and as you and the rest of us on MFP know, it's more than that. You have done a fantastic job, and I know you will make it the rest of the way.

    It's an exhilarating experience to lose so much weight, and watch yourself change in front of your own eyes. Can't wait to see you hit it :)

    Great Job! Very inspiring to me as we started out at the same weight. I was 227-230...I have hit a serious plataeu right now. By the end of last year I had lost 35 pounds. I have gained 5 of those back, and I am really struggling to get back on track. You look great though! Keep it up!
