    I made it once and it took forever in the oven, then it was still crunchy. Yuck. Maybe I just did it wrong.

    I just wanted to bump this and update on the spaghetti squash tacos. They were a HUGE hit!!!! My sister also made them and they were a hit at her house too! I used the taco seasoning recipe on the site (I NEVER use packaged taco seasoning any longer) and so it cuts down the sodium tons and it tastes just the same. Yum, yum!!

    I don't know if I've ever done it in the oven. It's good steamed.

    Takes a lonnnggggg time to cook in the oven! BUT worth it !!!

    Omg! I had totally forgotten about spaghetti squash, and we used to love to eat that! Now I must start cooking it again. I am glad someone mentioned it here.
