    Love the Vita Muffin's-chocolate. Also, pringles baked wheat pizza sticks-100 calories and weight watchers string cheese-50 calories.

    1 packet Lance pistachios (~1 oz)- 120 calories. No sugar. 5g protein.
    plus you have to crack them with your hands. It makes you take your time and forces you to focus on what you're eating (useful for us mindless snackers).

    Sugar free pudding 60-80 calories plus 2 tablespoons of fat free whipped topping = 100 calories

    Vanilla carbmaster yogurt 60 calories with fresh fruit = less than 100 calories.. If you can go over 200 calories, add Bear Naked Fit granola to it and its less than 250. It is soo good!!!!!

    Yesterday I had a 170 cal Special K Chocolaty Chip meal bar.... must say it was very satisfying!

    I go for popcorn if I need something BIG you can have a lot of popcorn for 150 cals
