What would you eat off of this menu? I'm going there for lunch and I need a healthy choice since they don't offer nutritional facts. I love almost everything on there so I'm not that picky, but I would obviously like something healthy...

Mexican is hard because it really can trip you up so easily. There is a lot of hidden bad things... I wold get the Southwest Salad without the corn salsa or crispy strips and the dressing on the side.0

plain and simple - i'd get rice and pico de gallo. water to drink. then go to the gym.0

I think the Nudie Burrito with grilled chicken or grilled Mahi Mahi and no sour cream sounds delicious!!!

i would eat nothing and eat before you go. i actually did this last friday so i didnt cheat. but if you are going to eat I would stay away from things with sour cream and cheese or fried or tortilla shells. those are gonna raise your carb so high. You can jusst get lettuce with dressing on the side. Work out before you go too, if you can. that seems to curb your mental cravings. if you get lettuce i would eat the amount of your fist and no more. pico de galla is so good so i would stick around that.
if you want to eat something i would do a bean buritto plain no cheese or sauve pour over top of it. good luck .0 -
Looks like they have some choices. I'd get the SW salad hold the bacon...the torilla strips depends on how much you like them, they may be worth another 20 minutes at the gym Ask about light dressings or just use salsa or pico de gallo
THe Lite Quesadilla or low carb taco and nudie burrito sound good too.

Do they have nutritional facts anywhere?
Usually I get chichen enchilada's when I go to mexican, they feel really sinful but the only really bad thing is the cheese on top.

I'd eat what I wanted and just make sure I burned off/was under to counteract it on the other days of the week.0
