Hi. I'm new to this. I recently quit smoking- on 67 days quit- but I feel like I've totally ballooned up! I'm usually very active and don't(didn't) have a weight problem, but I've gained 15 lbs. in 2 mths! It has been a long winter and I'll be getting out more now that its warmer, but I'm really feeling depressed wearing all my 'fat' clothes, and they are tight!

I quit smoking almost 6 months ago (after a pack a day for 17 years) and gained a little weight also. Im here to get rid of it, too :) Congrats on quiting smoking!!! And good luck with your weight loss.

Hi and thanks.I'm sure the weight gain is better for me than the smoking. I don't miss the cigs. but also want to look good with warmer weather coming.
