Anyone know what my best options are? Im assuming Vietnamese is pretty healthy on average, as long as I don't get anything deep fried.

***oops guess I should have mentioned Im a vegetarian lol. I guess I could just ask for it minus the meat:)

love vietnamese, get summer rolls and grilled chicken on rice vermecilli! It should have lettuce, cucumbers and sprouts underneath :)

I order the beef pho (beef noodle soup). I eat the beef, beef ball, beef tendon and tripe (you can get beef-only, but I like all the beefy deliciousness), drink all the broth, dump all the bean sprouts they bring 'on the side' into my soup and eat those and I charge myself about 300 calories.

The soup comes LOADED with noodles but I leave them at the bottom of my bowl. Adjust your calories accordingly if you're eating the rice noodles.

    ENJOY!

What i always get is a small chicken Pho with as many bean sprouts and basil as i can cram in. With noodles and everything it ranges from 450-500 cals but i just charge myself an even 500.....YUMMY!!!
