This is my 3rd day on MFP and I'm all enthusiastic and raring to go.....am hoping with some friendly encouragement it will stay that way!!! Please feel free to say hi and pass on any tips/ideas xx :bigsmile:

    Hello, I've been using the MFP on my ipod and on my phone for about a month to keep track of calories and what type of calories I need to be eating more of - Yes, junk food, meal skipping fool here. :-\ -- I absolutely love the program and recommend it to all my friends. However, this is the first time I've been on the message board - so Hello everybody.

    Hi, This is my second week using mfp and I've managed to lose 3kg so far. If you stick with the programe it's works, that's my advice.
