Hello, I am fairly new myself. I am recomending this site to many of my friends who ask me how am I shedding my pound. This site has been great. At the end of the day I print out my food sheet and put it in a 3 ring binder. This helps me have a quick access to my week and what I need to improve or stay the same next week.
