Strength Training

Why doesn't MFP count the calories you burn for strength training? I usually do a lot of strength training at the gym and I'm sure I burn quite a few calories. At least I think so. I'd like it to count towards my calorie burn..

You can find it under cardiovascular.0

I just put my body pump class (hour strength training class) into the cardio section so I can log my burned calories0

I was wondering that too. You can add "strength training" under Cardiovasular training and put in the length of time you worked out then it will add the calories you burned them.0

try using a HRM when you do training, you get a real calorie used scale instead of the MFP 'quote'0
