I was feeling so discouraged today because I've only lost 5 lbs in the last 6 weeks. I've been working out a lot almost every day tracking what I eat the best I can, and keeping it under the calorie goal. What am I doing wrong? Then I realized that I accidentally put on an old pair of jeans that I had in the bottom of my drawer because they were too small. I've been wearing 14s ALL day and didn't even realize it!!! Not too small anymore!!

I love it how my clothes let me know I'm doing well, even when the scale doesn't.

    Good work, keep it up!!!

That is awesome!! I say fitting into smaller clothes is so much better than seeing the scale go down. Good job!!

Congratulations to you!!! Keep focusing on what matters...you are eating foods that are better for your body and exercising...what the scale says is NOT important...you being healthy is excellent :)

Thanks all. I really need to remember sometimes that the scale in itself isn't a good reason to do this.

that's awesome! keep it up! especially if you're building muscle the scale might not go down....but now you know you're losing in other places :)
