abs

ok so i have a question on abs!!! i have lost a considerable amount of weight over the past year, and the skin that has been left is HIDEOUS!! i do ab ripper x every other day, ab class two nights a week, no soda, low sugars... any other advice for this one section of my body??

    It sounds like you're doing it right. Pilates is really good too. Mostly though, it will just take time. When we lose a lot of weight, it takes a while for that skin to shrink back up. Don't give up, though. It will happen!
