These are a GREAT healthy baked swap. I just modified what I learned working at Fridays into something reasonable! The best part is- they are still delicious! I even added a little broccoli to bump up the nutrients and sneak the kids some extra veggies.

    I put this into the Recipe maker to see.. Based on 4 servings using these ingredients

    Potato - Medium Baked Potato, 4 medium
    Steamfresh - Broccoli, 1 cup
    Kraft - Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese, 1 Cup (28g)

    I tried these today but instead of the broccoli I used about a tbsp chopped green onion and 1/4 cup chopped baby spinach for one med potato was really yummy :o)
