MFP Runners Club-October 7

Good morning all! I ran outside in the dark for the first time in nearly a year. It was gorgeous this morning! Fresh from an overnight rain and warm, but not sticky. Lovely! Did about 4 miles. Second P90X strength workout tonight.

    No running for me. I have been feeling achy and feverish lately so I thought I would take it easy today. May do some light strength training tonight.

    Good morning runners! I have my runner group tonight, we usually do about 6km of race pace on Tuesday's. I also need to get in a leg workout today. It has turned cold here, I could see my breath outside when I let my dog out this morning.

    Track Tuesday! 10 x 400 m intervals with mile warm up and cool down. Gets you revved up for the whole day!! :happy:

    5K for me this morning. Took a week off from running just to change my routine a bit. But back at it again. Working on improving my time... Happy Tuesday! :flowerforyou:

    Hello runners! Still resting my sore leg/ calf/ whatever is going on. Did a 60 min elliptical workout w/ my Cardio Coach Volume 8 on the ipod. I've NEVER stayed on the elliptical for 60 min, I always get bored!! It was great thought! Then did a 600 yd swim.

    Must work my abs & do some more torture (aka foam roller) for my leg later!

    I snuck in 3 miles before the rain and am at 15 miles for the week. My week for running starts Sunday ends Saturday!!
